Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays or unless otherwise noted) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100+.

* Due to numerous factors and variables out of our control, some packages are taking longer to reach their final destination than what is typically expected.  If you need to arrange for expedited shipping, please let us know.

Local pickup


Local pickup is available for customers in Little Rock, AR and the surrounding areas.  You must coordinate pickup with us prior to placing your order or the system will default to charging you for shipping.  Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-3 business days.  We will contact you when your purchase is ready and provide you with pickup instructions.


At this time, we only ship to the United States and its territories.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO boxes.  If you request your order be delivered to a PO Box we must use USPS exclusively to ship your package.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
