Of course we hope you will love everything you receive from us, but if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Seasonal, discounted and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in new condition
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
- Specify if you would like store credit, another item or a refund
- Wait for us to respond, then carefully package items and ship them back to us
- Exchanged items will be shipped as soon as we receive tracking information for the return
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and they will not be included in the refund total
- Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned items and may take 7-10 days to show up on your account
- No refunds will be given for items returned damaged or in used condition
